Nice staff, facilities pretty average and well-worn...ice machine was broken on my floor, one bad lightbulb in room. Location is good for downtown conference without the price tag of really nice hotel. It does the job and people were super sweet!

This is the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at! I never once heard a door slam, or a toilet flush, or even footsteps in the hall or above us. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy location to walk to Piedmont Park.

You get what you pay for and with that being said it was perfect for my quick stay! Some of the dispensers for soap conditioner and lotion were empty.. but I have to tell you, the bed and pillows made up for that!! The lobby is great and the ice cold flavored water!!! Thankful for!!!

The staff was lovely. Everyone was kind and helpful, the cute pup working the welcome desk was adorable. This location is about a 10 minute walk to the MARTA transport center in Midtown, which is super convenient. The building is old , and in need of a refresh , while we are not picky travelers, this location could be cleaner, our bathroom showed some mold and mildew in the corners. While it is great that it's pet friendly, our rooms definitely smelled pet friendly. There also is no free breakfast , both Expedia and the Sonesta website listed that as an amenity, it is not at this location, luckily there are plenty of coffee spots with breakfast around .

The bed was hard pretty sure it was a spring mattress. I was in a room with a king. There was a period during our trip, Where we were caught in the rain and the hotel staff did have towels immediately available when we walked in. The location was really great, we did alot of walking to the wholefoods and other restaurants. Be prepared we were surprised by 28 dollar a day parking at the hotel.
