Great breakfast serve every morning. Location is perfect, walking distance to Monasteraky, Plaka, the Panthernon, Acropolis and other important places to visit. We enjoy the stay. The only thing that we did not like is that you have to check-in in one building and walk with your bags to the other building where they do the lodging for larger groups. Having someone to help with moving the bags could be very appreciated other than that everything was perfect for our stay.

we booked the Family suites and it was huge with 3 separate bedrooms (note that the rooms are on the upper floor and access is via a spiral staircase next to the kitchen. It was perfect for our stay.

Very convenient, better than expected. We checked in very late (0130) but of course reception was open. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was well-provided. Location is great for walking around Athens.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had a leak in one of the bathtubs and the staff was quick to respond and fixed it that afternoon. They were also helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. Breakfast was tasty with enough choices for our group of seven. We especially enjoyed the fruit juices and hot chocolate. It was a quick walk to the Metro station as well as the Acropolis. Our suites were quite spacious with kitchens and a nice balcony. We highly recommend the Suites @Syngrou Fix.

It was fine as first then we didn't have warm or hot water for the last two days and for check out day there was no hot water or electricity. On top of that there was an issue with my key cars kept being deactivated.. then I would have to walk to the main office up the block to get it reset. Other than that the stay was ok. This was my experience..it may be a isolated incident. The are is in a great great area..good food all around and wornder people.

We had a 2-story family suite that was, quite honestly, enormous. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us. It had 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a twin bed, a HUGE bedroom with a queen sized bed and another bedroom with a queen sized bed. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. And the highlight of the stay? THE BREAKFAST. Man, what a spread. The breakfast was perfection, so many options, so many coffee options, tea, juice, etc. The only small downside of the suite is that there was a glass-block window from the bathroom that faced one of the big bedrooms so when someone went to use the bathroom at night and turned on the light it would light up the bedroom. I'm still giving this place 5 stars just because of the space and breakfast. It's close to all the major attractions too. Also close to restaurants and supermarkets.
