Great hotel accommodations. Our rooms were clean and spacious. They provided breakfast for a fee and there is a restaurant on site. The gym is off site, so we didn't use it out of inconvenience. The staff was great, friendly and accommodated our needs. Would definitely recommended if wanting to stay in Syntagma. The proximity to everything was perfect.

Perfect spot to experience Athens! There is a fantastic souvlaki restaurant (Street Soulvaki on Kolokotroni) within walking distance, shopping, a gym, the Parthenon and all major site seeing things are all within walking distance. The staff were wonderful! The doormen were fun, kind, helpful and made you feel very welcome.

The numerous staff is well trained, cheerful, knowledgeable, and most helpful. The hotel is well located. My only negative observation related to the room design. While gorgeous on the eye, there are practical design flaws which affected my stay.

If you are going to Athens, this is the place to be! Affordable, yet everything you need. It's the most central position in Athens, near the metro and busstations of the hop on, hop off tours. Everything is on walking distance. We stayed in a beautiful room, with a balcony. The breakfast was included, and was ok. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or rooftop bar, but there are a lot of rooftop bars in the neighbourhood, if you want to go there. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Fantastic staff! People make all the difference. Kind, genuine, service oriented with heart! A little dated but maintained. Beds were fantastic. Room held temperature, and outside heat stayed outside because of their room windows and door. Breakfast buffet was is a must, and their quant lobby restaurant has tasty good-size portions. Friendly bell staff and taxi drivers they flagged for us. Very central.
