We had a great stay at Ermass. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a lovely shower. The rooftop terrace was also a nice feature. Highly recommend.

Very clean! A nice place to stay during our week trip to Athens. Airconditioning worked great and the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. For the gym, do not expect professional, but for a vacation it was more than enough.

The rooms and building were great. The location was not great, it’s really close to downtown and Plaka, you can walk there but I’d take a taxi, especially at night. It’s worth staying there but if you’re traveling with kids, I’d recommend staying a bit closer to Plaka. The staff and apartments were great! Great shower, beds, kitchenette, etc.

Clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen. When we arrive there was no water because they were repairing and that was inconvenient. The area around the hotel was sketchy, not lighted and with prostitution around, not safe.
