From the moment we arrived at Elia Ermou Athens Hotel, we were impressed with the staff service, amenities and quality/selection of food offered in the rooftop restaurant, with view of tge Acropolis. The daily breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel's strategic location in Plaka offered easy walking access to shops and restaurants; and to public transportation. Walking to the Acropolis entrance was very doable in about 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The beds are spectacular! The bathrooms and showers as well. Lovely, lovely breakfast can be included if you want. Everything breakfast bar on the rooftop. Rooftop restaurant is lovely, food great, and you can see the Acropolis lit up at night. The hotel is located in a very quaint but busy shopping area. Really nice stores! Restaurants! You will love it.

The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options.

We loved everything about the property. Joanne the receptionist at the front desk was exceptional. She went beyond her duty to welcome us. Check in was very quick, they placed our carry ons in a secure area until the room was ready. Joanne took our phone number to call us as soon as the room was available. To our surprise the room was ready three hours earlier. The room was beautiful, immaculate cleanliness. A welcome card was written with a bottle of wine.

Staff was extremely helpful and there willingness to help exceeded my expectations from check in to during to check out. Room was as clean as it can be. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced and believe me I've been to many countries and hotels. But this one was my top 3. I didnt get a room with a balcony, but I wish I did. The roof top restaurant was a real treat with great 360° views and I highly recommend reserving the rooftop jacuzzi at sunset.
