There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. We were staying 2 nights. I got 3 more rolls from the front desk. During the day after check in somebody removed one of the three toilet paper rolls the desk gave me leaving us with two. One wastebasket had not been emptied. Hair in tub drain.

Our room was huge and lovely! The balcony overlooking the pool and the hot tub were wonderful. We had a great place to relax after hiking. We would love to go back.

Arrived a bit early. Although we couldn't check in, they did give us a flyer with attractions and very valuable information that we had a chance to go over. The staff were nice and smiled. Down fall things, the beds were to firm causing a back ache every night, the toilet paper very thin and rough,breakfast items were basic could of used a larger toaster and second waffle make. Big mention, there isn't a elevator. Location was easy to get to and quiet.

Looked nice. Pretty pool. Safe did not work. Toilet did not flush correctly. Doors lock and key card doesn't work from 9;45 on. Hard to pack up car when you're locked out. Very annoying. If they told you when you check in, you could plan to get things out early.

Staff was wonderful…no complaints there. The hotel smelled horrible, the halls, the rooms, honestly smelled like water damage and mold. Carpet and bathrooms were disgusting. Would not recommend staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love it. Its clean, safe, has a lovely indoor pool, and so many shops, restaurants and putt putt behind hotel. We just walk over. They serve a big hot breakfast too.

This property is adequate and in a nice setting, but needs small maintenance which would give it a higher rating. Toilet supply line, & grout in bath. Appreciated having a tub!! Pool looked inviting but we did not use. Heavy gluten Bkfst could use bacon or sausage. Good apples w peanit butter.

It was a nice stay, I went shopping for a short period of time, housekeeping came in, took dirty linen & towels, out brought fresh in, changed sheets and fixed beds. It was nice having them ready when I arrived back. Friendly and kind staff. I will definitely be staying again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you for the extended stay. It was a nice and lovely experience.

Our room was old and tired, smelled musty carpet old but appeared clean. Our bed was comfortable, newer mattress and pillows. Our towels were fresh smelling and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were friendly. The parking lot was clean and landscaping was kept up. I really liked the printed materials at the main desk with directions to local attractions and Hocking Hills Hikes. This was an excellent idea!! The breakfast area is very small. many families had to wait for tables. There wasn't enough food. We had to wait for eggs 8/31 they were not cook enough, no fruit for breakfast limited cold cereal varieties and limited bread varieties. We ended up eating in town the next morning.

It's a good hotel for the price. I'm mean, it's older, but clean, nice staff. Room was cleaned every day, nice bed and TV. It was fine.
