“The room and the view were stunning and so enjoyable ! The Spa is nice , but quite overpriced. Independently owned . Would love to see it owned by the hotel, so you could use the pool without added cost. The pool room though was so steaming hot that my breathing could not tolerate it.”

“Front desk person Heidi was so unhelpful. She never pointed out hand written sign in Danish giving WiFi. Neither the sign in Danish that the luxurious dinning room had no alcoholic drinks. We said no to breakfast which she put on our bill anyways Dinner was so unbelievably slow that people were knocking on the kitchen door. This is a magnificent property but they need staff who are trained.”

“Very clean apartment. It was easy to find the place and get access thanks to the videos they shared. Something to note is since the apartment is on the top floor (attic), it would be a little inconvenient for guests when getting up from the bed, especially at night. Our heads hit the roof. Other than this everything was all good.”
