Amazing and helpful hosts. Pierce and his wife have a fantastic family and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our two night stay in early September. His suggestions for lunch and dinner restaurants/cafes were top notch. They really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was served every day on time in your room as requested. The room we had was larger than most you see in Italy and was recently updated with historic features. Crisp and clean. The new pool area is a plus. If you enjoy history and great service then give this place a try. Very attentive and considerate 10 stars.

5 Stars – 10/10 – Highly Recommended! • Exceptional stay at Villa Trieste M – truly the best place to stay when visiting Venice. • The host is amazing – extremely competent, friendly, and fluent in English (originally from the U.S.). • The property is immaculately maintained, fully renovated, and has a high-end yet authentic feel. • Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each morning. • The host’s hospitality is beyond expectations – flexible, attentive, and always eager to help. • He gave excellent instructions for navigating the area and made everything easy and smooth. • He even accommodated a last-minute request for a later checkout on my final day – with a smile! • Location is perfect – just a short drive from Venice, making it more peaceful and convenient. • Much better value than staying in Venice itself – more space, comfort, and charm at a much better price. • I highly recommend Villa Trieste M to anyone planning a visit – you’ll be very well taken care of. • I wish the host all the best in this wonderful endeavor!

Ich hatte das Quartier aufgrund der Lage ausgewählt. Man hat gute Parkmöglichkeit und kann zu Fuß nach Asolo in ca. 20 min (bergauf) gehen. Und auch wegen des Pools. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und schön, es gibt genügend Liegen und Schirme, nur hört man sowohl die Poolpumpe, als auch die Außengeräte der Klimaanlage, wenn man beim Pool liegt. Wir waren mit Freunden und hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Wir hatten ein größeres (das mit Whirlpool) - dieses war geräumiger und auch praktischer eingerichtet. Das zweite, kleinere Zimmer hatte zb. keine Nachttische, keine Beleuchtung bei den Betten, man konnte keine Fenster öffnen und die Klimaanlage war direkt neben dem Bett. Dieses Zimmer war bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur äußerst ungemütlich. Im größeren Zimmer ging es für eine Nacht. Die Klimaanlage schaffte aber auch nur 26 Grad innen bei Dauerbetrieb - das Gebäude hat keine gute Dämmung. Was uns ein bißchen gestört hat: Das Gartentor ist immer offen, die Gebäudetür ist immer unversperrt, und die Zimmertüren sind wirklich nur alte Zimmertüren, die mit einem normalen Zimmerschlüssel (mit Bart) gesperrt werden. Also die Sicherheit ist fraglich. Frühstück muss am Vortag auf einer Liste (am besten online) angekreuzt werden. Das war nicht so unser Ding. Es war gut, aber man wusste nicht wirklich was und wieviel man bekommen würde. Aber tatsächlich die besten Croissants mit Crema ever - riesig!
