Pros: Quiet, comfortable beds, new flooring, nice staff, great water pressure, looks like they are working on updating the property. Cons: we stayed 3 nights and there was no room servicing, very old towels, furniture needs updating, outside of the property looks sketchy.

It is a decent and comfortable place for the money. However, the vinyl covered shower/bathtub is slippery and there are no grab bars. This is a huge risk.

We reserved the room . Went to check in. No attendant at desk. Rang ring doorbell 3 times. Waited in the lobby 20 minutes. No one ever came. The place smells clean and looks nice but couldn't actually stay or fill our reservation since no one ever came to check us in

The room and property was nice but our room was not fully cleaned when we got there. Food was left in the refrigerator and cupboard from previous guests. Floors were not swept as well. Probably just an oversight but other than that it was quiet and the the beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Surrey Inn. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable. It's a very sweet little place. The only thing I disliked was the air conditioner was loud. But it kept us cool enough.

We made this our go to place for the fourth of July celebration we plan on staying again next year , only problem was there was never no coffee in the lobby , wish they would do a continental breakfast since the restaurant is no longer here , but it isn't a make or brake , reasonably priced rooms beds are comfortable it's not a 5 star but it is nice

So, there is no bar/restaurant anymore, that’s moved a few blocks down the road and staying on the first floor meant the heavy walker’s footsteps above me kept me up a bit longer than I would like. Other than that, I have zero complaints about the stay, the staff and the property. If they weren’t full for the weekend, I would’ve stayed many more days and will definitely stay again! The midday staffer was super helpful and made my day!

Booked a king and got a double bed room, ac didn't get cold and owner said deal with it basically. So we didn't stay and went elsewhere, but told Expedia they offered us another room which was a lie they were sold out what we were told, and wasn't able to get any kind of refund for the 2 days.

Someone was above me walking all night long. I got up at 430 as I had an early morning commitment and they were still walking around. It was very unsettling honestly. The hotel was basically empty so I’m not sure why I was placed under someone’s living space. There aren’t paid rooms above the first floor so I’m not sure what was happening.
