Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were great. Location is very convenient. Facilities and room could be cleaner. Strong Odor of stale smoke/vape, even though facilities were non smoking. Air quality in room was not good… felt damp.

Listen, the people are sweet. The food was pretty good for a hotel. The room was very clean as well. I'll stay here every time I'm in Ashland, and I have. The only thing that has been rough was a tractor trailer idling all night outside the hotel on a Thursday. I have yet to see/hear it on a weekend night. The noise was awful, and it cost me a lot of sleep. On the nights I've stayed here without the idling trucks, it's virtually silent. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

For the price, I was disappointed with our room. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom small, the shower drain cap and cover was in the middle of the shower when we first arrived, and there was only 3 very small drawers for our clothes. The breakfast was above standard though and the hotel and our room were clean.

Our room smelled strong as being a "smoking room". I tought I'll get used to it, but I couldn't!!! The breakfast was very good, the staff was very helpful and kind, but that smell needs to be "solved"

We have stayed here twice since the remodel. The staff is fantastic. The lady that assembles the breakfast buffet is very attentive (talks alot) but is very sweet. The housekeeping staff always made sure we had plenty of fresh white towels. The beds are very comfortable, and the new showers are great!! Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely nice, I called ahead of time to make sure I wasn’t checking in too late and they were courteous and I already knew I had found a good place to stay. The room had not a single fault to it, I travel to the area about once a month or so and know where I’ll be staying each time now.
