The hotel appears recently renovated – the furniture in the room was new, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have a crib available for our younger child. The location is convenient, with easy access to both the highway and the city.

Hotel wasn't the easiest place to find the first time. No Rodeway sign could be seen from the road. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but had a funny smell to it when first walking in. Not a bad smell, just maybe like the scent of the cleaner used. Being on the 5th floor, the water pressure in the sink was pretty low. The shower was OK though. The fan in the Wall Heater/AC was VERY loud. I thought it was a car out on the street racing when it first started up. The mattress was a little soft for me. Finally, when I was leaving, I had to search for the ice maker (4th Floor), and then it was just about empty when I wanted to fill a Ziplock bag for my cooler. There was no one at the front desk in the morning. Other than the fan being so loud, my complaints are minor. I would stay here again.

They told me to come back later because they couldn't check me in. I tried and could not get into the tiny crowded lot, so I left and went elsewhere. Place was a dump and the desk clerk was very gruff and hard to understand. I will NEVER book them again.

Stay away from this hotel!!! Immediately upon arrival I inspected my room. I threw the sheets and comforter back and found several types of hair in both queen beds, along with brownish red stains on both sheets and pillow cases. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned properly, very noticeable black discoloration on the shower floor. The toilet had some thick substance running down the outside of the bowl. The towels were worn and thin. One was so dingy looking, I couldn’t believe I was given this room! Room 311! I politely took my frustrations to the front desk and was asked WHY did I need xtra bedding and was told there will be no one up to change the bedding for me. Ok, cool. I mainly used the back door to avoid the front desk lady. Level 1 seemed to be the “extended stay” guests, maybe an employee or two… it reeked of mold, cigarettes and funk, you would think they were housing animals the way it smelled down there. The walls throughout the staircase had red stains running down and the place was just total TRASH. The wide open crack between the wall and ac unit absolutely let me know this property does not have proper management. This place should be closed down and rebuilt into something better. Total waste of money and should not remain open. Please choose somewhere else. I had to go out and purchase my own bath towels and slippers. Very suspect property. Not to mention the junkies hanging out back sleeping in their cars.

Save yourself the trouble and just don’t stay here if you have any standards for a living space. Roaches, bed bugs, loiterers, piss soaked carpets, disgusting beds, incompetent staff. Absolutely the worst place Ive ever stayed. Actually had a mental break down every single day because of how terrible this “hotel” is. Here’s a tip if you choose to ignore the warnings, if you argue the temporarily held $100 even a little bit they won’t charge you. I only know that because after I paid it, I happened to hear two other guests not have to pay it.

Check in time was 3:00 p.m. we arrived at 5:15 and the front desk said they didn't have any rooms ready after a half hour we got into a room. There was no hand towels or no kleenexes in the room there was cobwebs in corners and slang written on the ceiling. Also absolutely no coffee anywhere in the hotel. The lady at the front desk never got up off her chair, making you look over the front desk. I've worked at hotels and I feel that was very rude. Maybe I should say she was lazy. The hotel itself in the stairwells all hallways and elevators had a very bad odors. Upon entering my room it smells of marijuana. I will never stay there again if in the area.

It's not this place's fault you know? As in you can't really even blame it, but I don't think this is what you're necessarily looking for. There's a Holiday Inn across the street. This is a rundown place. Do NOT pay more than $50 a night. It seems safe enough, but it is way below average. Nothing personal, but I wish someone had written the review you're reading right now. If you can't afford anything else right now, okay. But don't book this thinking it's going to be clean or comfortable. It will NOT be. I am not a wealthy man, but i'm telling you, don't just reserve this and move on. You will be disappointed and it will be too late.
