“Todo muy bien”

“This was August 2021, I spent full week there for work. The hotel was completely full of families and weddings. Cleaning was absolutely terrible (5 minutes in the room and me feet were already full of dirt, not to mention the trash in the hallways, the dust above the TV and the poor state of the wood materials, showers and other infrastructures). Below the room door there is a gap of around 2 cm, so I could hear everything in the room at any time of the day or night, including kids playing in...
