Almost a 10, but I give a 9 because something happened: After giving the luggage man 1000DZD, when I asked for change a bill into coins and smaller bills (for tips) at the bar, the waitress made a "mistake" and gave me less coins than should have. As it was less than the tip I would have gave her, and was too obvious that was not really a mistake, I didn't complaint, but I spent much less in tips since then.
