“The room was extremely cold and even when I put heat up it still didn’t get up to temperature and stayed cold most of the night. The lighting in the room was bad, there is no place for someone to put makeup on as there is no bright lighting. The shower has such a wonderful shower head and you expect to be able to have a nice warm hot shower unfortunately the temperature of the shower doesn’t get hot enough to have a decent hot shower.”

After 6pm arrival isn't an issue, only thing is that you then have to go through a lengthy email which I cludes codes that get you inside, to your key and to the room”
