We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the building itself is beautiful, immaculate gardens with lots of seating areas. Our room was spotless with wonderful views of the castle. Breakfast was varied and delicious- all the staff were fantastic- so friendly & helpful with any questions. The town of Arco is stunning with mountains, rock faces and beautiful river running through - a wonderful town to visit

The property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Arco Castle. The staff were very friendly and warmly welcomed us with coffee of our choice and small bites. We loved the high ceilings and the charming room décor. Highly recommended!

Our apartment at Villa Italia was impeccably clean, had the most confortable bed I have ever slept in a hotel and was overall nicely decorated and practical. Nice breakfast in the beautiful garden, very kind and helpful service and management - our apartment was located near the street and above the restaurant so we experienced traffic noise from the street and music from the restaurant at night which disturbed our sleep. Not suited for light sleepers. -Internet was slow

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, Frühstück etwas eintönig, immer das gleiche an 2 Sorten Wurst und 2 Sorten Käse. Leider keine Eiervariationen und Brotvarianten. Bei schlechterer Witterung wenige, kleine Tische zum Frühstücken. Pool angenehm, allerdings sehr verbaut, teilweise ohne Funktion ( Luftsprudler an den Liegen) und abplatzende Poolbeschichtung im gesamten Bereich. Vielleicht mal wieder etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail, Kleinigkeiten (Willkommensgruß, Wasser Obst auf dem Zimmer, fehlende Handtücher im Poolbereich und quietschende Türe im Pool zum Garten. Trotzdem werden wir wiederkommen und würden uns wünschen wenn der eine oder andere Verbesserungsvorschlag angenommen wird. Fazit: Empfehlendswert! Liebe Grüße Gaby und Rudi 29.08.-04.09.2025

Fantastisk sted! Fra det øjeblik vi trådte ind, blev vi mødt af en super service og imødekommenhed. Vi havde lejligheden ud imod haven, og det var perferkt. dejlig terrasse med bord/stole og solsenge. og godt til børn. lejligheden var så fin. Pool område er ikke så stort men er lækkert. Og der er udendørs jacuzzu. og fantastisk flot sted.

Wir waren vom 23.5. bis 30.5. zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt, angefangen von dem sehr schönen Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg von Arco, über die Sauberkeit bis hin zum Frühstück am Morgen. Beim Frühstück wurden wir jeden Morgen herzlichst begrüßt, der Kaffee wurde immer frisch zubereitet, dazu aufgeschäumte Milch serviert und der Cappuccino war ein Traum. Es gab verschiedene Brot- und Brötchen - Sorten, Kuchen, frisches Obst und Joghurt. Auch Müsli fehlte nicht, dazu jeden Morgen verschiedene Smoothies. Wurst und Käse war natürlich auch dabei. Über das Spa-Angebot können wir leider nichts sagen, da wir den Schwimmbadbereich nicht besucht haben. Dafür haben wir uns Fahrräder direkt am Hotel gebucht und das funktionierte reibungslos. Kurzum wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Arco ist ein kleines, verträumtes Örtchen mit leckeren Restaurants und Bars, die zum Verweilen einladen. Nach Riva del Garda und Torbole sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten.
