This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed.

O hotel espaçoso e muito limpinho, o quarto foi limpo quase todos os dias durante a estadia, só senti falta da troca de toalhas mencionada no regulamento do hotel, o café da manhã é muito bom, possui bastante variedade e a equipe do hotel é bem solícita, ficamos no bangalô, muito lindinho porém escutávamos tudo que acontecia no ambiente externo mas não afetou nossa visão positiva sobre a acomodação, piscinas excelente, iguais as fotos. A área de Lazer da propriedade é muito legal, mas os quartos estão com muita falta de atenção; torneira pingando- pedimos manutenção; tabua de bacia com problemas na abertura, chuveiro elétrico no banheiro com cano torto e mau posicionado; após chuva o banheiro apresentou um grande vazamento do teto - fomos trocados de apartamento. Comodidades a desejar - não existem cabideiros nos quartos, não existe nenhuma cadeira de apoio no quarto, para sentar somente a cama; nenhum balde para descarte de reciclável no quarto; para o quarto onde fomos transferidos a TV não pegava canal algum; não é Smart e nem canais abertos funcionavam. Hospedagem necessita de maior atenção e cuidado. Uma pena pois as piscinas são maravilhosas e estavam bem tratadas, mas as dependências internas deixam muito a desejar. No último café da manhã chovia muito e a área do café estava extremamente molhada - hóspedes até pegaram rodo para puxar a água da chuva. Triste em ver as situação

E com muito pesar no coração que falarei isso, já me hospedou lá por volta de 5 ou seis anos, perdem esse ano em especial ocorreu uma das piores experiência que já tive, primeiramente me colocaram em um quarto que eu acho ser o pior deles o 21, no entanto falei com a recepção topei em pagar mas para ir para um bangalô, muito bom e tudo mais, porém a noite quando começou a chover o quarto alagou, aí pensa aí eu a mulher e uma criança de 5 anos no quanto completamente alagado, falei com a recepção e arrumarão outro quarto sem cama extra, tive que dormir no sofar, e tive que levar meu filho em baixo de chuva por volta de uns 500 metros eu acho, chegando lá uma madeiro do piso virou e cheguei a torcer o meu pé, meu celular queimou a tela , ou seja foi um sufoco, e isso foi assim de 10 e 49 eu acho e só oi resolvido lá pelas meia noite e pouco, no outro dia eles conseguiram um outro quarto próximo a piscina, me deram um vinho que eu nem tomo, mas mesmo assim obg, e 5% de desconto no que eu consumisse, o que me entristece que sempre nos dias que eu tenho folgas assim sempre vou pra lá e dessa vez me senti totalmente constrangido, enfim só um desabafo mesmo.
