It was alright for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same as it was. Check-in was a hassle but it always is in Brazil.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável, bons travesseiros, localização excelente de vista para a principal praia de Aracaju e do calçadão onde tem bares e restaurantes. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel precisa de alguns pontos de reforma mas nada que prejudique a estadia. O maior problema do hotel é o estacionamento que é bem limitado. Tivemos que colocar o carro fora na rua e foi muito difícil achar vaga por se tratar de uma zona turística e com bares e restaurantes.

Já me hospedei em diversos hotéis pelo Brasil e não sou exigente. Para mim, tendo uma cama confortável, ar-condicionado e o básico para descansar, já atende — e nisso o quarto até foi ok. Mas não recomendo esse hotel. O atendimento é péssimo, e não foi um caso isolado. Dois amigos meus, que estavam na mesma cidade para um congresso, passaram pela mesma situação no check-in. Cheguei às 2h30 da manhã do dia 10 e, mesmo tendo reservado a diária do dia 9 para evitar qualquer problema, não encontravam minha reserva. Fiquei cerca de 30 minutos aguardando na recepção de madrugada, o que é inaceitável. A impressão é de total desorganização e despreparo. Disseram que fizeram um upgrade, mas não foi verdade. Solicitei duas camas de solteiro com vista para o mar e me colocaram em um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, no primeiro andar, sem vista alguma — apenas para a rua. Trocaram ..... mas precisei brigar para que isso acontecesse. Para completar, o café da manhã foi o pior que já tive em hotel. Aracaju é uma cidade incrível, com ótimas experiências e lugares maravilhosos. Mas, se quiser evitar frustração, minha recomendação é clara: não fique neste hotel.
