Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

Precisam de jogo de cama e banho melhores, uma limpeza real.. tem algumas coisas além dessas a pontuar como negativa mas também tem boas. Parece que ainda estão se ajustando porque a estrutura parece nova. A carne do restaurante estava dura as vezes que pedimos, e não tem muita comida regional. Os acompanhamentos nem sempre acompanham o cardápio, mas o ambiente era gostoso e a maior parte dos funcionários são prestativos apesar de sempre ter aqueles que vivem com um limão debaixo da língua.. a recepção quase sempre está cheia deles as vezes é até constrangedor. O fogão de indução é complicado pra funcionar e apesar de ter armários, eles estarão vazios. Zero utensílios, detergente, esponja.. e a geladeira deu um leve choque quando foi abrir. A localização é ótima, dá pra ir a pé até o shopping ou praia numa caminhada bem fresca e gostosa. Desejo que consigam se organizar com os detalhes negativos. A estrutura vale a pena, e o valor impõe.

Recebi upgrade porque o quarto reservado estava sendo usada a tomada por pedreiros. Chuveiro horrível, joga água por tudo e quase não sai água. Por 1 noite valeu, podem melhorar, principalmente a limpeza com cabelos no quarto e roupa de cama amassada demais.

Minha experiência foi muito ruim. O quarto estava com o chão sujo, os lençóis claramente não haviam sido trocados, apresentavam marcas de uso e sujeira, e o banheiro também estava sujo e muito mal higienizado. O que mais me indignou foi pagar um valor alto pela diária e ainda não ter direito ao café da manhã. Para tomar café, era necessário pagar um valor adicional por pessoa, o que considero um absurdo pelo preço cobrado pela hospedagem. Só não cancelei a reserva e fui para outro hotel porque cheguei por volta das 23h, depois de uma viagem cansativa, e não tinha disposição para procurar outra acomodação naquele horário.

Não recomendo! O café da manhã é terceirizado e sinalizamos que queríamos e simplesmente no dia seguinte não estava disponível l, ainda mais a recepcionista foi bastante arrogante ao tratar conosco sem dar solução, tivemos que sair para tomar um simples café da manhã que ele não tinha disponível no hotel! O estacionamento é muito apertado e não dá para todos os carros! Não recomendo!

Tenho observação apenas para o estacionamento, pois as vagas são presas e o local não comporta todos os veículos conforme o número de hospedagens, tendo que deixar o carro estacionado na rua sobre a calçada. Sendo um pouco arriscado para multas ou mesmo algum acidente. Nas demais coisas foi muito bom, com ressalva para as tolhas de banho. Retorno com toda certeza.
