It was a nice hotel. The room was nice, AC was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice, the shower was very nice, maybe even great for couples. Had a balcony, small but nice. Also was nice the gentleman I talked to at the front desk in spoke good English and wasn't hard to understand. I feel like it was a 4 stars before COVID and has lost a little of that since then.. but I'd be willing to stay again. Next time with an ocean view room.

O hotel em si, incluindo o quarto, estão com ótima higiene. Funcionários prestativos, gentis e educados. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, tanto em variedade quanto em qualidade. Os itens de padaria mesmo não estavam bons, por mais de um dia. O quarto também, apesar de bem confortável, necessita de manutenção, principalmente no banheiro. Mas de maneira geral achei uma boa estadia, a localização é excelente. Ah, não tem estacionamento próprio, então precisa-se deixar o carro nos arredores do hotel (mas tem bastante espaço). A vedação do quarto, em relação à rua, não é boa. Especialmente porque se trata de área turística e com um grande bar/restaurante na mesma rua do hotel.

O quarto onde fiquei tinha cheiro de mofo. Olhei outros quartos mas o meu era o menos pior. Estava muito cansada e dormi mesmo sentindo umidade na roupa de cama. No dia seguinte notei água no chão. Só então percebi que o teto estava molhado e pingando no local e, debaixo da cama, parecia que tinha chovido, cheio de gotículas de água. Infelizmente quis fazer check-out o mais rápido possível e não chamei o gerente e nem tirei fotos, fiquei apavorada, condição insalubre. Só mostrei para uma funcionária. Reclamei na recepção, onde só me pediram desculpas.

O hotel é simples e com estrutura antiga. Porém a piscina e academia são ótimos. O café é excelente mas deveria haver um café passado no hall de entrada. Nos quartos de trás tem mto barulho de pagode do bar que funciona até a 1h da madrugada
