From the moment I arrived, Cloud 7 felt less like a hotel and more like coming home to a warm, caring family. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable — whether it was helping with my bags, offering local tips, or simply chatting as friends do. Their dedication and friendliness stood out in every interaction. The rooms were immaculate. Every corner sparkled. The cleaning team operates like magic: rooms refreshed daily, nothing overlooked, and even the small details—fresh towels, spotless surfaces, neatly arranged amenities—were handled impeccably. It felt like they take pride in excellence, not just duty. Service was consistently remarkable. Requests — big or small — were met promptly and cheerfully. The staff seemed to anticipate needs before I even voiced them. This level of care turned a mere stay into a deeply personal experience. To me, Cloud 7 is perfect balance: stylish and comfortable rooms, privacy and peace, with a heartbeat of warmth and human connection. They don’t just provide a service — they create a family atmosphere. If I were to rate the experience, I’d say: 10/10. Without hesitation, I’d return — and already miss the “family” I found there.

My stay at Cloud 7 Aqaba was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and safe, the physical condition of the property left something to be desired. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and local amenities. The staff were always on hand to assist with any queries or requests, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. However, a few issues with the property itself detracted from the experience. The shower box door had a persistent leak, which was inconvenient and messy. Additionally, the dishwasher was not working, requiring manual cleaning of dishes. A couple of cabinets were also broken, which could have been easily fixed. Despite these minor drawbacks, Cloud 7 Aqaba remains a promising destination with great potential. With a few improvements to the property's maintenance, it could easily elevate its overall rating.

This property was extremely disappointing and disorganized from check-in through our whole stay. Breakfast was included in what we paid, but instead of simply providing breakfast, the hotel gives QR codes to use at several restaurants. If they do not send the codes or have the wrong number of guests listed—even though we provided the correct count—the restaurant refuses to serve you. Getting it corrected takes forever, and we had problems almost every day trying to eat breakfast or reach the front desk. Worse, if one person from a room used breakfast, staff would sometimes mark all four guests as having eaten. Then the other three had to prove they had not eaten, despite breakfast already being paid for. Imagine paying for breakfast and then having to argue with the restaurant and hotel just to receive it. The property feels unorganized, is not clean, and has almost no clear instructions. Even valet is strange: they give no ticket. You have to describe your vehicle and identify your own key. The pools are actually at the Hyatt, not Cloud 7. Entering Hyatt felt like entering a secure facility, again requiring QR codes. We purchased snacks without anyone telling us outside food was prohibited, and they simply took the food from us when we entered. We lost food we had just paid for. For a property charging these rates, the experience should be cleaner, smoother, and better organized. The constant confusion made what should have been a relaxing stay unnecessarily frustrating.

It located in lovely new built leisure town. Easy to access to supermarket and restaurants. Kind staff and all furnished room. It was so relaxing stay.
