Rooms very warm (no aircon) and only a cheap plastic desk fan to cool them down. Very basic facilities / amenities in room (cheap plastic kettle, single bottle of 'shampoo & gel' in bathroom and cheap plastic bins and toilet brush. “Staff at Ocean View are great. The hotel needs updating but is clean and room was good. However hotel swimming pool is closed and has been for some time. Also the hotel only does breakfast. We had booked to chill at the hotel use their restaurant and pool unfortunately this didn’t happen. Just needs to update advertising so on knows what to expect. View from room is fantastic which helped.”

“The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. The childrens play area consisted of one very worn swing and a dilapitated play shoe. The games had one worn pool table. This was for the use of 50 rooms.
