We arrived after a long stretch of driving and we were pulling a trailer. The staff went out of their way to assist us in parking the trailer in a secured area in their parkade and also walked us down the street to a restaurant to ensure it was still open and food would be available. Way above and beyond service!

The hotel is fine has everything you need. Parking, free breakfast and a decent gym. Just dont expect the staff to help you. Asked for extra towels and coffee for my room separate times. Said they would take care of it only for it to never be done. So as long as you dont need anything this place is fine.
