It was perfect for my needs, the cleaning ladies were kind enough to do my laundry and were really nice as were all of the staff and owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay for our family of 4. Hugo was a fabulous host who provided us with great recommendations for restaurants, found us an amazing guide for a tour of Antigua, and took a personal interest in our experience while staying at Posada San Sebastián.

Definitely my favorite hotel ever!!! I loved the antiques!The Managers were wonderful and welcoming including the access to the kitchen. The roof patio and view… well what a sunset! And a wonderful hot shower. ( I happen to love antiques, exposed brick and warm surroundings- maybe not for the neauveau type clientele)

A good place to stay in central Antigua. It’s about two blocks to the main square and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a bit run down but I liked the kitschy decorations. Staff are helpful. I recommend staying here but keep in mind it’s a budget hotel.

This is such a unique place. Each room is different. The owner previously owned an antique shop and now the hotel is a collection. It is very interesting and the staff were kind and accommodating.

The manager, Hugo and his team where very warm and always professional in the running of the house. It felt very homely and welcoming. Loved the ambience and personality of the building. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in Antigua

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Close to everything! The staff are very kind, helpful and make you feel very welcome. It was a very last minute decision trip to Guatemala and then owners made sure i have a great time in their country. They help me with transportation and recommended where to stay in Atitlan. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Magical hotel stay. The hotel is unique and beautiful. Hugo and his son Hugo are so helpful. They made me feel right at home. Helped me with a volcano tour and then ultimately arranging airport transfer. The location is ideal - a block from the main square but not too loud. I would stay here again in a minute.

The unique property filled with antiques will give you a true feel of Antigua at a great price. It is in a perfect location a two minute walk to Central Park. It has an amazing rooftop patio with 360 views of antigua and the volcanos. We even saw quite the lava show one of the nights we were there. The best part was Hugo! Such a nice kind man that helped us with travel arrangements so hospitable!

We loved our stay at Posada San Sebastian. The property is uniquely decorated with antiques, I could spend hours just looking at the paintings, photos and all other amazing things. Internet was working fast, no problems downloading things. The owner Luis is the sweetest guy, super nice and helpful. He helped us with booking a transportation to the airport with a very nice gentelmen. We felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing place!
