“Loved our stay here. Big, clean rooms with nice amenities. Convenient and tasty restaurant. Beautiful and safe area. AC was a great asset, as it was in the high 80s one of our days. Well maintained and well run. We would stay here again.”

“Very good service. Beautiful room. Very well designed. Top Staff All and all 9.5 from 10 points. ”

“We stayed for five days and loved the place. The room, bathroom were clean and the bed very comfortable. Every morning we had breakfast on the terrace and different options daily. The property is quiet and in a wonderful landscape, near restaurants, shops and close to a variety of hiking trails and waterfalls. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs! I totally recommend this establishment and look forward to possible vacations there again.”

“Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Delicioso y variado”

“Absolutely perfect ”

“Visit: late-July 2026 Staff: Excellent Accommodations: Very dated classic German hotel. Loved that they still use regular room keys.”
