Stayed for 2 night with wife and kids. Family room was good, staff was very helpful and would defo stay again. Tram stop is a min walk and take you straight into old town. Excellent location as everything is there.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were modern and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention must go to Deniz, who truly made my visit memorable. Their professionalism, warm personality, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. Deniz ensured every detail was taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to meet staff who make you feel valued from the very first interaction, but Deniz certainly did. The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, the food was excellent, and the service throughout was top-tier. Deniz was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive — always making sure every detail was perfect. A little bit of a hidden gem since you wouldn't know there is a hotel here unless you were looking for it, but quite close to tram and bus lines. The walls could be a bit thin, but for the price I would stay again.

My stay was very disappointing. The toilet was leaking, the shower did not work properly, and the bed had bugs. The dusty bed sheets , which felt very unhygienic.

A lovely quiet hotel with excellent transport links and amazing staff. A quiet courtyard with tables, chairs to bring your food and eat. They serve hot and cold drinks here too. The local area is quiet and busy at the same time, a short walk away are shops ,Hadrians gate, spas, gyms etc. Transport links are great, there is a tram stop a 10 second walk away. We used buses and Uber to get around. Its about 20/30mins by car to Lara beach and Konyaalti beach. There are activites you can book at reception that include pick up and drop off.

I stayed only one night in this hotel. Overall it was good in terms of location to the beach, the surroundings and it's a budget friendly hotel. The receptionist was friendly and the room setting was welcoming. Only the negative side was the bathroom basin tap was broken, water was running from the side of the tap which makes clothes wet every time using it also water was leaking from under neath the sink making the floor absolutely wet and very slippery, if you are not careful enough then you can have an accident and hurt your self badly in the bathroom due to the wet floor. It can be a hazardous situation for any guests. I already mentioned this to the receptionist and hope they change the tap as soon as possible to save their guests from injury. The room number was 216.

The staff were such lovey people and very helpful. The only thing that makes me give 4 stars and not 5 is that they do not have a bar or food. However, this is understandable due to the amount of local options. But as I was there for work and not tourism, it would have been nice to not have to leave the hotel.
