Staff were decently nice. Easy check in. Room was overall clean but there were toenail clippings in the carpet which was gross. Everything else was okay.

Quiet location, great breakfast options (including toppings for the scrambled eggs…bacon, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and salsa), firm bed, good water pressure. I would stay here when traveling through again.

Love the ambiance, quirky. In the middle of Chicago, so one side window was facing a parking garage and the other was other hotel rooms, but had really cool arty mannequins “flying”. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small but nice.
