“Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. This was just to get details i.e. postcode, info re local places to eat etc, the first communication was at 5.45pm on the day of check in i.e. after the check in time of 2pm. “The room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the farmland all the way to the lake. Breakfast was delicious and Niamh even made sure we had a breakfast to go when we had to leave early for our flight. The bed was incredible comfortable and waking up with that view of the Irish countryside was magical, We highly recommend taking the walk down to the lake and saying hi to the donkeys, horses, and goats. All the animals were very friendly.”

“The Palm was such a lovely place to start our vacation! The location is great and the staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious with plenty of character. We wish we could have stayed for longer. The only drawback is parking as it is a very busy road.”
