When we checked in our keys didn’t work, tried to reset our keys again, someone was in the room they had us assigned so we got another room. The room was very damp and our comforter had stains all over it. Breakfast was the typical but ran out of coffee cups and no one around restocking The outside of lobby had cigarettes everywhere and a few homeless sleeping on the benches The check in process was good though and she was very apologetic

The hotel was very dated. Staff was nice and accommodating. We requested a room change after checking in because the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. It was fine for one night but would not book again. On a positive note, breakfast was good.

the place was nice.. BUT when I checked in and got my room, I went into a room that was already occupied.. staff member was nice and gave me a new room - the rooms are ok, but look really ran down on the inside. light for mirror didn’t work, hair was still in the bathroom shower and floor, wall paper tearing, etc.

This location was a few minutes away from Clemson, which was the goal. The place was clean, the beds comfortable and ice cold air conditioning. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel with great good, amazing portions and reasonable prices. The hotel also does breakfast which was one of the best I've seen at a hotel. So many options to pick from. The front seat person was very polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean as taff was nice our bathroom pipes were making sounds in the room so they let us Change rooms with no issues. The new girl at the front desk was new and very kind but charged us after we had reservation with Expedia but that is being credited to us. Expedia helped in that situation. But all in all it was a nice comfortable hotel and I would stay again. It was a good location as well.

The woman at the front desk was lovely. The guy nice enough but didn’t write down our names so when we came back to check-in a couple hours later the woman said you’ll have to wait. I explained we had already been in and had waited so she raced to get us a room. The hotel room was renovated but the hallway rugs are dirty and stained. The guest bathroom and entrance floors were not cleaned around the edges. It has potential but until out of order stuff (ice maker leaking in the hallway) and the lobby furniture is replaced, it still looks like a work in progress. Cleanliness is more the thing that will have me hesitating staying there again.
