From check in to check out, we had a great experience. Teen, checked us in. He was kind, courteous, understanding and helpful. The fella in the restaurant, I can’t remember his name, was efficient, friendly, joyful and remembered us the next day and said goodbye. Eduardo, helped us with our bags and car. He was very professional in explaining our options for parking, helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming as he made us feel at home. Thank you Marriot for giving us a great nights rest.

Checked in one day early for our cruise, on our own. The second night was booked thru Celebrity. The front desk was able to accommodate us by not having to switch rooms. Excellent customer service overall and great location for walking and touring the city. Thank you.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Over the hotel was great. My only complaint was the parking situation. The hotel does not have any kind of parking lot or garage. The parking lot directly across the street front the entrance is a private lot by permit only. So your options are to park in a garage several blocks away and haul all your stuff over to hotel on foot, or pay $36 for valet.

Hotel is in a great location for everything in downtown Anchorage. All the staff, especially catering, were very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative was the shower in the room, which was barely warm, dripped constantly, and the plumbing in our room, and neighbouring rooms, made a loud noise.

They didn’t clean the room couple times even we stay there for 10 days. I have to repeated call to front desk to get cleaned . The entire 10 days is about little under$9000, but they automatically authorize about $ 14,000 to my credit card, until I correct them in front desk . I will never stay there again .
