Great post transatlantic/continent flight stay over. The hotel was well equipped and comfortable as well as being very clean. We had a slight issue with understanding what to do to hire the shuttle but all in all the hotel was great. The receptionist was great and provided a cheery welcome.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. There were a couple of areas that could use improvement, especially the cleanliness of the room, specifically the bathroom floors. The pillows also really need to be updated, as they were very flat, worn out, and uncomfortable. One thing that was difficult to see was people experiencing homelessness digging through the trash right outside the hotel. We ended up getting one person a drink and something to eat, but it was still hard to witness. As always, what keeps us coming back is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They truly make you feel like family.
