Breakfast was amazing. Our room was too hot. There was a stick fan in the room. But it was still very warm. We had a very small room too. We could not even pass from one side to the window if someone was standing at the end of the bed! No refrigerator. That was disappointing. We kind of expected a more deluxe room since we paid $600 a night for 5 nights. Great bed, showers were amazing. Every single hotel employee was pleasant and friendly. The elevator was very fast, noted because it’s annoying when it isn’t!

Good location, great view from our room, decent breakfast. Other than the lady who checked us in who gave us our room with a view, the rest of the staff seems to have trouble speaking English and therefore communication was difficult. Breakfast was packed with people and the breakfast area was poorly laid out which made for a traffic jam around the food. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants, shopping, etc. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view of cook Inlet from our hotel room was amazing! The mountains were so majestic! Incredible view to wake up to.

Our first assigned room did not have a heater that worked. The room temp was 64. The room telephones had no dial tone. The staff were gracious to change our room. The second assigned room was much better in temperature. We did note the toilet leaked. Hotel seems run down in places.

Check-in took forever. The front desk clerk was nice but clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. The room itself was fine. It’s definitely showing its age. The location is great - nearby shops and restaurants. All walkable. Be cautious at night because 3rd and 4th ave can become a little sketchy. The hot tub was not hot the first night and the second night it was hot, but the jets were not working. Which was disappointing since that was an amenity I was looking forward to. Parking was expensive and a block away from the hotel which was a little frustrating and one night they ran out of spots and didn’t do anything to compensate.

The staff was amazing Melissa and Emmanuel checked us in and were awesome. The pool was closed - which we weren’t told when booking but the front desk helped us with a sister hotel that allowed us to use their pool. We had a lovely breakfast. The bed was comfy and clean and the stay was restful. The bathtub hasn’t been cleaned and the mirror by the fridge had splatter stains on it that wasn’t great. Overall we had a good time and were right in the Rondy action
