Quick walk to Disneyland from the hotel. The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfy. The hotel is modern and really beautiful. The staff was excellent. This will be our go to hotel while visiting the parks.

Staff are super kind and helpful. Cleaning staff were exceptional. Be careful of hidden fees or ask for clarification for $20 vouchers which can catch you if you don’t know the refresh times. Shower head was not great. But there was a super cute note and macarons given for our “mini honeymoon”. So 100% will stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriot in Anaheim. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's about a 6 minute walk to the Disney shuttle bus. My only complaint is the mandatory valet parking that costs $70 a day. In the future that's something I will check before reserving a stay.

Such a wonderful hotel for our family trip to Disneyland! The hotel was beautiful, the room was amazing, staff were so helpful and wonderful. The pool was so nice and relaxing and the room service was perfect after a long day! Close walk to Disneyland! I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

The hotel was very nice. The resort fee was so-so, but they "include" Internet access, $20 credit to use on site, and happy hour wine tasting, so all in all, not a bad deal. To get to Disneyland it's closest to walk to the toy story parking lot and ride that to the park, that's probably half the distance to walking directly. It's super close to good dining options (Huckleberry's, Cheesecake factory, Pf Chang's etc...).

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly unhelpful. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect view of fireworks from the rooftop bar. Beautifully decorated entrance. Quick access to Anaheim Garden walk. My son and I had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Disneyland area. And I would definitely stay there again. Definitely a five star establishment and I have nothing bad to say about it. Many thanks to all of the staff at JW Marriott for making our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. M. Morical

Terrible front desk support staff who tried to charge me extra for the room that i had already paid for. Walked away when i asked why I needed to pay extra. The next person came and gave me the keys to the room I had already paid for, clarifying it was a mistake. Property overall is not well maintained, you get very mediocre breakfast buffet at Toca Ferra for $50/person. Rooms are old and not very well maintained for a JW Marriott. Valet staff is very good though.

The hotel is not bad, but it should not be categorized as a JW Marriot 5 stars. The rooms are clean and good, but not comfortable at all and the shower is not a 5 star hotel. The buffet is average nothing special and pricey. I have been in France JW Marriott all over the world and honestly, I was expecting something similar.

This is a great hotel, clean, great restaurant near by, great coffee shop on the first floor, enjoyed the roof top sitting area for wine tasting, also great for viewing the fireworks.
