The rooms were clean tidy and dis tonal for families. The Brekky was good and its pleasant to east by the pool. Loads of convenient parking and the hotel super conveniently located for Disneyland and its shuttles. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful - John esp went out of his way to help and Dorothy and the Brekky room staff were great - always smiling and helpful

Was labeled as a "hot breakfast" but was not, just oatmeal and toast. However, it was grab and go. They did have double stack parking but it wasn't too bad, got the car moved pretty quickly. Staff was great 👍, walking to Toy Story was close by.

it was great for our two night stay. they didn't have a full breakfast like the other best westerns we've stayed @ and was actually a long walk from the front entrance to Disneyland/ DCA. Had to catch the Toy Story shuttle to the park which helped us quite a bit as we are two seniors and I'm using a cane. for young families it's good enough and the price was reasonable. there was a denny's close by where we were able to grab a bite to eat late @ night.

The room was laid out well, with bunk beds for the kids. It was clean and maintained. But I did not like that they said it was a continental breakfast and it is only a cold breakfast. I know that they are renovating the breakfast room, but I still would like to have more choices. While they’re renovating the breakfast area, they should change the wording to cold breakfast.

Everything was smooth from checking in to finding the room. The only issue we had was we were excited looking forward to having breakfast the next morning like other locations have but at this location it didn’t have hot food.
