Very nice room family friendly. Coffee machine was molded/ dirty. Hot tub was greenish and looks like it needed a cleaning. Overall had a great stay and my kids loved the room with the door dividers. Would stay again

This is our second time staying at the Portofino Inn and it was just as great as the first time. Staff was very helpful and kind, the room and the property were very clean. This is one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Disney, the rooms are very spacious! Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very close to Disneyland and that was so convenient for my grandchildren. They loved the pool and jacuzzi. They were both a very comfortable temperature which seems rare. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped me quickly. I would stay here again.

First time staying at this hotel and we had such a great experience! The room was very spacious and clean, its location is very convenient too with a cvs right in the corner and a 15m walk to the park’s entrance. Would definitely be staying here in the future!

Love the location of this hotel. You don’t have to cross Harbor to get to Disneyland but it’s close to Starbucks if you want to pick up coffee and CVS for quick essentials. It’s not a bad walk. The hotel isn’t super nice but good enough for me and great price. I was hoping for a microwave in the room, which it didn’t have. But there was a small fridge.
