We love this hotel for our Disneyland visits. It’s walkable with free parking. The rooms are clean. Cable was good and staff is always nice. Safe area too. We’ve stayed here several times. We’ll be back.

We saw a huge flying cockroach in the room and several little ones in the bathroom. Managment was able to refund $33. Bathroom towels were rough and overall stay wasn't great. Beds were comfortable and didn't see any bed bugs so that was a plus.

Had another nice stay at Queens. The overhead light in the shower was not screwed in though and I saw a few tiny bugs. But the staff was great and the amenities met my needs. Plus there's a great Mexican restaurant next door. Thanks Queens!

Listen, you can't beat the price, and the location is great. Rooms are okay, and parking was available at around 10 pm when we arrived on a Thursday night in the summer. We always felt safe; the fellow guests were respectful, many being your typical family-oriented tourists on vacation. We stayed here as we had a Carnival cruise booked, and even during rush hour, it only took us 40 minutes to the port. Check-in did take a little longer as my reservation couldn't be found right away by the front desk, no biggie. Overall, great stay/

Big con....roaches, dirty sheets, and do not disturb sign useless. Holiday weekend options are scarce of you try to cancel so make sure you bug bomb ur luggage and ahowe when u get home! We went to buy our own bedding amd sheets too. Cuz the skid marks and hair was foul. Its the budget HOtel you might need very close stay to Disney and Six flags entertainment. The parking lot is very small for the amount of rooms. Check in was quick but rushed so no option to ask questions or I fo if your sight seeing. Check multiple sources reviews because bugs was not on the other sites reviews!

We stayed here for a recent trip to Disneyland. It’s a little bit of a walk but worth it for the value! It was a very spacious room and was clean and quiet. We would stay here again for sure!!

Location to Disney is great. Skip the walk all the way to Disney which is 20-30 mins away by walking 10-15 mins to the toy story parking shuttle. Very nice people that work at the location. House keeping could do better keeping the rooms clean. Floors are every dirty making the bottom of your feet or socks black very quickly. Parking is included which 90 percent of properties near by charge. Perfect place to shower and sleep if your main focus is spending your days at Disneyland and not spending too much time in the room.

Overall room is pretty nice. The bathroom however, is a bit more questionable. Both mornings we were there we found baby cockroaches in the bathroom and the second morning there was a spider. Definitely glad I had slippers to wear in the shower. But for the price is a really good option if you are planning on going to Disney. We were out and about so didn't spend too much time in the rooms aside from sleeping and getting ready in the mornings.

The room and bedding was clean; one towel was not clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive when we mentioned a few issues to them. Large parking lot. I felt safe there. About a 25 minute walk to Disneyland Resort. The AC was leaking water when we arrived but staff came immediately to clean up with towel and left towel under AC unit in case it leaked again; it did not leak any more in the 2 nights we were there. We were offered a new room which we declined. When the shower was used water was spritzing from the wall area between the shower and sink onto the floor (and our feet). We let the staff know and it was better the second day. Again we were offered a new room; we declined. We informed the staff at check out that it was still spritzing a little and the staff seemed appreciative.

The staff was great! But the rooms could use a little TLC. The floors ‘looked’ clean but were extremely dirty and would leave a layer of dirt on your feet especially after leaving the shower. The shower drains were dirty, but the rest of the room reminded us of a modern hotel room. We had a king size rented, so the room looked overly spacious and I think could have used a bit more furniture to fill the empty space. The bed itself was very springy and the pillows to our surprise were ‘half-sized’ and not full pillows. The only other large complaint was that the security lock on the door to prevent the door opening all the way was not functional. You could flip it over, but if you opened the door with it engaged, it would fling open and not keep the door secure. Considering the hotel room access is outside, it didn’t help provide a feeling of safeness. Although, the property does seem to have a lot of camera coverage on the property
