The room was nice and I really appreciated the air conditioning. Enjoyed the great view from the 7th-floor bar at sunset (and would've enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and sauna if the weather hadn't been so hot). Skip the overpriced breakfast buffet (which is mostly just bread and cheese) upstairs and get a tastier quick breakfast and an excellent chai latte at Werkplats on the ground floor for 1/3 less. I really like the atmosphere at Werkplats. And if you're there later in the day, their hard cider and mixed drinks are good, too.

10 out of 10! We spent 6 weeks in Europe for our honeymoon, 2 weeks in Amsterdam and then off we went. We stayed our last night in Amsterdam at the end and we regretted not staying here first. Such a great hotel, super quirky and very friendly staff. Caffe is downstairs and it was perfect just to wake up and sit outside with your coffee. The spa and sauna on the rooftop was the cherry on top. Also the rooms are bigger than the pictures. We stayed in a standard double room and we had 3 big suitcases, 2 carry ones and 2 personal items and no issues with the size. Location was perfect, metro station right outside and supermarket next door. 100% recommended and we have already planned another visit in 2027 we are planning to stay here again.
