The hotel is located in a very central area of Amsterdam. You can walk to all of the main sightseeing attractions, and enjoy many restaurants and bars near by. Highly recommended if you want to stay in a very central location.

The location can’t be beat! I really enjoyed my stay with my view of the canals and easy access to sites and transportation. Would give five stars, but I had a refrigerator that didn’t work and after reporting it there was no follow up. There was also a lot of construction going on in the lobby and at times some of the services were not available. I would stay here again.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you plan to do all the top tourist attractions in Amsterdam. There is no shortage of places to eat and close to the best shopping. My 2 teen kids stayed in the triple room and it was perfect. A little compact but we made it work for our 3 nights stay. Last but not least the staff was so warm and welcoming. The check in was smooth and started our trip off right.

Hotel and Room was perfect for our stay. Great Location and they accommodated for a birthday with balloons. Downside was it says Room Service but the hours aren’t really useful. When you’ve had a full day exploring and get back 10/11PM it would be good to not have to worry.

The only downside is the entrance the stairs with suitcases for seniors was a little hard toa accomplished and there is no help from the hotel staff. Breakfast was very good a good variety of food.

Room was spacious, newly updated and clean. Fantastic location. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam. If you do have larger sized luggage, they have a small elevator to get you from street level to reception level which would be the biggest drawback to staying here; however, it is not an issue except when arriving and departing as the hotel itself has normal sized elevators to utilize once on the reception level.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, nice, and helpful. The hotel was centrally located in a perfect area, we were able to walk all throughout Amsterdam without any problems. The breakfast options were great as well as the hours and definitely enjoyed the ready to order omelets every morning.

Convenient location, helpful staff. The room was bigger than I thought which was nice. The 24 Wondermarket was a disappointment. There were only drinks, no snacks. The way is was advertised was not at all how it was in reality. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
