Staff were excellent, location was exceptionally good, next to the museum district and De Pijp. There were renovations going on for first few days in the entryway. Would be great to have sit down lunch and supper options on site. Breakfast on site was very good and worth the cost.

Reception very helpful with directions. Always answered the phone promptly. Appreciate that the hotel has a mini mart and plentiful seating to enjoy our food. The decor is lovely and my room has a wonderful view of the canal. Location of the hotel is great. Just a 10-minute walk to the Van Gogh Museum, a supermarket, and the metro.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and friendly - they even provided me with a bamboo fan upon arrival to the hotel after walking in the heatwave as they could tell I was too hot! The rooms are spacious and clean. The coffee and tea facilities are great. The hotel location is convenient for the museums and restaurants, everything is in walking distance. The breakfast had loads of choices and suitable for all dietary requirements. We’d definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel centrally located on the canal in the museum quarter. Newer construction, open and spacious public spaces, nice open courtyard. Rooms are spacious, furnished in a post modernist aesthetic, large windows, good water pressure. Staff are very accommodating, very friendly and professional. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. In spite of the unexpected fire alarm and drill at midnight the other day I plan on staying here again. Thank you Avani for an enjoyable stay.
