Great stay in Amsterdam at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was incredibly helpful and very engaging. Sophia in the bar is a terrific bartender who was very helpful about getting around Amsterdam. Also the young asian girl, I believe was a manager actually came up to our room to help us get the key to work properly. Easy to walk around the city from there.

Great location with Tram stop right outside and Metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The suit was nice and Regency Club had good options. The staff were the absolute highlight. From the reception staff at check-in, to the bar staff, maintenance workers and check-out, everyone we encountered had excellent customer service and a great attitude. Super friendly and helpful - will defo stay here again!

Lovely stay for a week in a quiet and comfortable room with a nice canal view. Great location to explore the city with easy metro and tram stop access. Many nearby cafes and restaurants. Loved the stay and will stay again when I’m back.
