The room was clean, the staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Cons. While the bedding and pillows were puffy soft and very comfortable, the mattress topper on our single beds kept sliding off the mattress, so much so one of the guest in our quad room fell off the bed. It was great laughter for us but staff must be mindful of bedding fabrics and secure them properly. The bathroom floors are not heated. We had a great rest and stay. Will rate it highly.

Stayed in a bedroom for 4 people. Room was lovely and quiet with brilliant air con, it was 30 degrees when we visited so very welcome. Hotel in an ideal location 5 minute walk from central station and 5 minutes the other way from Dam Square. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was yummy. Would absolutely recommend

The stay was convenient for my needs and only one night as a single traveler. I found the room compact, bed comfortable and a good hot shower, convenient for the city centre. Staff all helpful, welcoming and friendly. Definitely no sound proof rooms, so I would not recommended for light sleepers.

Breakfast was adequate. Some canned fruit. Breads were very good. Just standard breakfast. The ad said there is a freezer in the room, but there was no freezer. I was disappointed, I wanted a refrigerator, they did offer to use a refrigerator in the office area if I needed.
