the bar area could be expanded to allow for another place to relax other than our rooms. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean but another chair would allow for two people to sit comfortably

Overall, a decent hotel with a good location. The breakfast options were quite good, and the hotel was generally comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly helpful. During housekeeping, an inadequate amount of toilet paper was provided, and when we requested an extra roll, the staff did not bring one to our room. We had to go to the reception desk ourselves to get it. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

Great Staff and Views, but the Room Needs Maintenance The staff here was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room offered a beautiful view overlooking the canal; however, the balcony doors were locked/sealed shut, so we couldn't step out for fresh air or take clear photos. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The carpet was in terrible shape - covered in stains and leftover crumbs and desperately needs to be completely replaced, not just vacuumed. Lastly, I’d recommend skipping the paid breakfast, as it was definitely not worth the extra cost.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3rd night and ours was missed. Had to complain as we needed clean towels toilet roll etc, the shower needed bleaching and because the rooms are not cleaned every day the tiles were going brown. The luxury of staying in a hotel is not there as you have to do everything yourself make bed empty rubbish etc but the prices go up and should go down. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful

Property and staff was amazing. Loved the size of the room and the blackout curtains! The only negative was the spider webs in the room. I did have to dispose of a few spiders. The provided toiletries were such a help! Full body mirror was the perfect touch!

Good location. Clean room. Nice shower with good water pressure. Good breakfast. The only thing is the guest does not have control of the room temperature. We had to call front desk several times because the room was freezing cold. The room is rather small which is typical of European hotels.
