Great stay. Had our room ready several hours earlier than check in and were extremely accommodating throughout the trip. Location was close to all the museums and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel. Only issue was the heating/ a/c - we didn’t know a remote was used for a/c, so 1st day we were exhausted and the room temperature was very hot. We got the maintenance man to come help and he showed us how to work remote. He was very helpful and room temperature went way down! Also didn’t like the huge bathroom door- was very heavy and kept running into door or shower glass wall. But otherwise everything was good!

We had the pent house which offered an amazing view of the city. We loved this hotel and spent much of our time on the terrace. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful for finding places to eat. We used the laundry service which was expensive but worth it.

Good location, easy to catch the tram from the train station to nearest tram stop and then just walk a couple of minutes to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby, room was clean and quiet. We did notice that there was no proper place to hang your clothes except for this small bottom cupboard that would have folded clothes in half while using. Overall a very good stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a stay in February. The hotel is in a perfect location, next to lots of brown bars and cute cafes. The bed was very comfy. The walls were a little thin so on the first night we could hear the room next door watching a film late at night…but other than that, it was a great place to stay.
