Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and had lots of storage (we got the studio). The breakfast had lots of variety (wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs but the soft boiled eggs were great). The gym and laundry were also great. Location wise - this was in a quieter area of the canal rings but close enough walk to everything and transport. The m52 was minutes away and take you straight into city center. The only challenge with this place is if you take a taxi to the hotel - many found it difficult to get to the hotel because of the narrow roads and hard to find signage. Lots of Ubers and bolts cancelled on us. However if you book it from the main road a couple minutes walk away, you'll have better luck.

Our stay at CITADINES was great! The hotel is located on a quiet street conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The free coffee and water was a fantastic feature. Beautiful lobby area. The only issue we had was trying to find the entrance when we arrived which is located in a corridor. Otherwise everything about our stay was great.
