The staff of the hotel were all amazing and helpful. I especially loved the breakfast staff. The place was clean and comfy. If there was any issue I think the staff should give out a packet on what you can do in Amsterdam upon check in.

Conveniently located and very comfortable hotel. We really liked the fact that the lobby area was very welcoming and everything was included. The staff make this hotel wonderful. The reception staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Sandra who cooks our breakfast is a real gem. The 24 hour complimentary bar and lounge area makes a lovely stay as it is easy to relax in between excursions. We always have a room overlooking the canals and it is lovely to sit and watch the world go by.

Great location between the center of town and the some of the more neighborhood restaurants and shopping areas. The staff are extremely helpful. We very much enjoyed the "all inclusive" nature of the hotel meaning that all of the drinks in the room and bar are included as well as nightly cheese and crackers. The room is a bit pricey but I found that this is consistent with most of the other nice hotels in Amsterdam. I would definitly stay here next time visiting Amsterdam.
