La Muktha restaurant serves very good Lebanese food. I would avoid the steak restaurant if you have a taste for high quality steaks. Car service into the city and to the airport was excellent.

Nice and pleasant stay

We had a good time at the hotel the staff was very helpful and polite, they upgrade us with the breakfast which is I didn't book breakfast included that was greatly nice. The locations is really great. The bearkfast had lots of selections and the staff there were nice especially Muhammad and Issam. We recommend the hotel as a nice stay.

The staff are amazing, very very good service but the building is a bit old. that is the only thing. but overall you will get a real 5 stars hotel service in this hotel. location is perfect. i highly recommend it

Ideal first night in Jordan

This was a great option for a late-night arrival into Amman. It was my first time in Jordan, so it was easy, clean, comfortable, and they were staffed even for my middle of the night arrival. Great breakfast buffet with western and oriental options - delicious.

Business hotel.

You are likely to make business network here, if that's what you want. But stay away if you are vacationing. After my dinner I came down to smoking area, and found everyone there is in a three piece suit when I am wearing pyjama and sandals. Felt so awkward😟

Not bad

Surely not a 5 star hotel. The hotel and the furniture is very old. It can be rated a 3 stars hotel. Not refurbished and not looked after. The room cleaning takes the housekeeping 2-3 minutes to complete! Just changing the towels no carpet vacuum, no wiping. The carpet is very old and stinky. Very nice hairdresser shop. Breakfast is so bad... I tried it first day and never done it again. Hotel people and receptionists are very nice people.

Nice hotel, but

Hotel has very helpful staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant, room service) that want to please you. Good brunch. Good location. Good rates. But, hotel is dated and need modernizing facelift of infrastructure.

Good hotel, but slightly below the 5-star status

5-star hotel that due to service and state of the hotel and rooms should probably be 4,75 stars. Service was not completely up to 5-star level. In the room there was a very noisy ventilation running 24/7. Small things but something a 5-star hotel takes care of. It was not a bad experience though, just slightly less than perfect.

Slitent hotel

Hotellet fremstod slitent og gammeldags, me dstort behov for oppussing. Aircondition virket dårlig og sengen var svært hard. Bra bassengområde og uteplass og bra treningsfasiliteter.

Spacious hotel but ...

Staffs are very kind, responsive and professional. Room interior is quite old, needs renovation. Matress is quite old and sunk. Though I've changed the matress, I could not feel the difference. At least matress for all rooms need to be changed immediately.
