Very nice stay. The elevator wasn’t working but I was offered a drink both times I had come in. The staff was very polite and helpful and the little ringer they gave when they are not at the desk is something I wish all hotels had. The room was spotless and had some complimentary nice coffee and tea. The bar was very limited but functional. The decor is very dated. You can tell the furniture is from a long time ago. There was a dog barking which woke me many times. I know it’s not the fault of the hotel but there should be a sound proof room for pets. I recommend this hotel and I was very satisfied with the stay.

Reception staff was excellent. Nice bar. Good breakfast. Very clean. Great central location, close to restaurants, pedestrian malls, transit, snack foods, cathedral (amazing) and canals are about 12 minute walk. Easy public parking access, 10 euros/day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and facilities The hotel was being refurbished and paint smells were VERY strong it also meant the staircase was not accessible on the 4th floor as the paint was wet! However the breakfast area was tidy and there was a good choice of food and beverages and the staff kept it tidy and refilled The hotel was within easy walking of the cathedral the river the station and the Resturant’s and shops. Parking was accessible next door and a supermarket. We would recommend this hotel to any travellers to Amien and would stay here again
