“Buena ubicación, costo beneficio aceptable. Tuve un problema que a otro husped le dieron la misma llave de habitación que la mía y casi entraba a mi recámara. Las puertas de acceso son de vidrio (tipo entrada a jardín) lo que lo sentí algo inseguro.”

“My family and I loved the hotel. It is definitely worth it, we had the best views of Sedona mountains!! The hotel is beautiful and cozy, very close to everything. Nice, clean rooms with coffee maker, wine glasses, very complete! Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains. The only thing that was not so comfortable was the bed, it is too soft and the noise of the AC. Besides that we had an amazing experience, would totally recommend and definitely come back!!!”

“This place is in a beautiful location, I will give it that. In terms of cleanliness, and service it is sorley lacks. Mold and a host of insects in the room. Keys that dont work, maintenance that doesnt show up, no towels in the room and housekeeping that doesnt show up. Front desk staff that are so immune to the constant complaints that they so no empathy and are not willing to make things right. The general manager was terrible and showed little competatance dealing with the situation.”

“Lovely man at check in for our overnight ( to see Hugh Jackman at 7 pm at Tanglewood lucky us!👍 Checked that food would be available in their bar upon our trying as has driven 2+ hrs assured yes until just before 10 pm closing. Called once on way back at 9:10 for 10 min drive to dbl check as hungry. Woman said no, they stopping serving at 9... luckily she rec one place nearby which was still open for food til midnight! Wow in Lenox! Very packed loud and fun w locals & Jackman fans..got wines,...
