“Generally nice. Though coffee machine in the room didn’t work. The shower drainage kept blocking. Service in the restaurant was ok, but not amazing.
That said, nice hotel. Great gym and spa with great people there.”

“Unprofessional staff. I paid for half board but they were persistent on charging extra for dinner, despite speaking to the front desk on 4 different occasions. Finally, they apologised for their error. Nevertheless, it is unacceptable especially if there are elderly individuals involved.
Besides, there are only basic amenities.”
