Friendly staff, with renovations ongoing at the old pub this Hotel is connected to. Did not affect our stay, they're clearly putting a lot of effort into doing the place up at the moment. We only needed to stay for a night while going to football, so perfectly fit for purpose as only needed somewhere clean and simple to get our head down.

The room was ok it smelt musty hence the plug in air fresheners. The net curtains were missing as well so no privacy but the hotel is and old premier inn so it all needs redecorating the staff were nice enough. Unfortunately there is no bar or restaurant so no where to eat or drink which is a shame. There could also be more tea, milk and sugar in the rooms not enough but we did ask for some extra and we did get some
