“Simply the best in Alta. The views of the mountain above cheat on you thinking you are at some Swiss little mountain town. The restaurant and bar are great, the ski in/out is perfect, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our second time at the Snowpine, and we would don't hesitate to go back.”

“It doesn’t have any water bottles refill, the coffe and teas station it’s just with the breakfast hours and no at night or any other time, we didn’t even have hot water for our teas, the bathroom door didn’t have a handle (it was broken), and in our room we didn’t have shower gel (it was empty) ”

“Tuve complicaciones con mi viaje (no relacionadas con el hotel) y el personal del hotel me ayudo a resolver, me ofrecieron opciones e incluso tuvieron algunas concesiones. Lo aprecié muchisimo. La ubicación es inmejorable y las habitaciones comodas y con todo lo necesario. Si regreso a Park city seguro volvere a este hotel.”

“The room was clean. When I made the reservation, what I was most concerned about was the pool and spa, which were supposedly available. We arrived at night, and the next day, surprise! The pool was closed for repairs, and the spa was closed. They also had a sauna that smelled really bad. They ruined our weekend and our celebration.”

“This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!”
